The style of this artwork is terribly similar to the style of Tomaž LavriÄ, an excellent illustrator and the creator of Diareja and Ratman. Is this perhaps his work?

It’s a mug with a blob. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think that blob looks like an ’84… It looks like the artist started it that way, but after he drew the upper part of the number (…)
