The style of this artwork is terribly similar to the style of Tomaž Lavrič, an excellent illustrator and the creator of Diareja and Ratman. Is this perhaps his work?

It’s a mug with a blob. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think that blob looks like an ’84… It looks like the artist started it that way, but after he drew the upper part of the number 8, the dude just went bonkers… sooo I called it Blob Mug… because there’s a mug with a big blob in front of it.
